Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on food and drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures is a plus
